Of course not everything goes well all the time, but there is a great will to listen, to give you the possibilty to do it your way, to discover new ways of thinking, working, to give room to new ideas.
Sometimes if feels like playing chess. You are really challenged, intellectually, that’s nice, and you get rewarded of course!
The product of Visualfabriq is exciting, because it’s not like producing a simple candy bar. It’s really high end, difficult sometimes yes, brain teasing, but that makes it exciting. And fun. Especially because you are surrounded by real good and nice people. You learn, develop yourself, and yes we laugh a lot!

Maybe sometimes I want to go faster than possible. Like everywhere it’s a peoples business, not everything you want is possible instantly. Actually, that’s also understandable.
Visualfabriq is not a lazy, fat corporate company. Always action. That’s nice. But now and than you would like to have a kind of status quo, the feeling of a seaside breeze (the good thing: you can work from everywhere, so also at the seaside if you need a little space).
You have to understand the vibe of Visualfabriq. It’s a fast growing company, not everything works automatically, some things need to be found out. Sometimes you go left, then right. If you are not flexible, not a little bit advanturous, that can be frustrating. But I think: on a speedboat you have more fun than on an inert oiltanker.
