I have been working with VisualFabriq for 1,5 year now and it has been a great journey so far. Although the company is relatively young, they have done a great job so far in setting up a mature organization with great people and clear processes. Its a dynamic environment with people that show ambition. All ingredients are present to learn quickly and explore the best fit for your purpose.
The international oriented mind-set is visible in all parts of the organization and the great variety of people's origin, makes it both interesting, welcoming and fun.
If you are searching for a high level of autonomy within your work, this is the place to be.
Also, effort is put in by the organization to really bring people together and connect, despite COVID, as much as possible.
Finally, the primarily conditions are good, and the secondary conditions are the best I have seen in the industry so far (e.g. amongst others, full coverage of pension contribution).
