geen opleiding, geen loopbaanontwikkeling. interne banenwebsite kan niet serieus worden genomen ... ik vraag me af of mensen ooit een baan vinden via de zoekmachine. ze zijn niet in staat om verandering te brengen. verandering lijkt een cyclus te zijn, maar uiteindelijk verandert er niets.
