Pluspunten

Pay is competitive in this area. Corporate attempts to do right by associates. The benefits are great. They have a doctor on in the building at no charge to the associate.

Minpunten

Overzealous managers where it's all about the number and them looking good. I wasn't told when I interviewed or when I was hired that what I would be doing was most like a call center and that out time is monitored down to the minute everyday. I'm an adult and professional. I'm sure I do not need a sitter, nor do I need my manager badgering me constantly over the time spent on the phones. They talk about providing excellent client service but I have to many clients and not enough time in the day. I'm more like tech support than Human Resources.
