A lot of them. The company will keep a part of your package and then make it look like a bonus provided to you after a year as performance linked incentive. They will find ways to deduct that as well. The medical benefits offered are useless as there is no cashless facility though my parents have the same provider as the Mediclaim provider and they get cashless on the privately bought policy. I bought the corporate floater but is useless as I will not have a high amount in case of emergency if the bill runs high. In short you cannot avail Mediclaim. The cafeteria provides food that is too expensive considering the quality. The appraisal is bad and the company will put u in a position where you cannot resign due to the fear of monetary loss. Not at all employee centric anymore and you will feel it within a year. No leaves provided post September citing business requirements for any reason whatsoever and you can watch your leaves getting wasted and do nothing about it. Do not be a diligent worker. Work is not appreciated. No over time compensation even when you are asked to work more than the required hours. Life is difficult if you are not a management level employee. The management will get the required work out of you through exploitation and then forget everything you have done citing few nominal points and making a big issue of it.
