ADP is a very successful organization. They have started innovating new products.

Minpunten

ADP has the philosophy that it can "prosper through tight expense management". Basically ADP has gone cheap. ADP mgmt has hand tied most client facing associates due to restriction of spend money on clients or on employee engagement activities. While ADP's stock has risen over the past few years, ADP has reduced the amount of $$ employees can expense on cell plans, travel to clients, merit increases, etc. ADP has reduced headcount so low that associates struggle to do their job.
