Pluspunten
ADP gets some undue bad press on some websites when sales positions are discussed. It is important to remember that there are 3 very different, distinct divisions of ADP Sales. SBS (small business sales) is a meat grinder with a revolving door and I wouldn't recommend unless you are looking for an entry level sales position. Major Accounts and National Account sales are very different. The pay is well above average in these positions for those that produce results. It isn't uncommon for successful reps to make over $200k annually and average reps clear a little over $100k at plan. Reps are given every opportunity to succeed and I'd recommend MA and NA Sales to anyone.
Minpunten
Intense emphasis on the number, if you don't produce you will be miserable. Many management positions are filled with sales reps that have a successful history of sales, but no management experience.
