ADP is great place to work especially for freshers who are looking to build their career HR policies are very strong when compared to other organisations overall i would give 3 out of 5 rating

Minpunten

Politics, favouritism etc.. salary increments are not good yeah!!! if you are a girl then you will get nice hike hope so you understood my friends!!! I am not talking about the entire ADP its happening in my process from last 3 years. The person who dont even know how to respond to the client/Employee email and the persons who are not even worth for process associate position those ppl will come analyst infrount of you ...but poor you will be in the same place where you have started.Thank you
