Pluspunten
The hourly pay is above NMW The customers are highlight to shift. They leave lovely feedback for people sometimes. I like that each store gets an aldi cake for the staff when a new store opens.
Minpunten
The store I worked for doesn't always pay its staff the hours they are contracted for. People with 25/30 hour contracts weren't getting that sometimes. The pay slips are obtuse and difficult to understand (it wasn't just me!) so it is difficult to check if you have been paid properly. The staff argue with each other a lot.
