Minpunten
Pay doesnt reflect work done, no pay for overtime. Aldi believes that your whole life must be dedicated to the job, even though they say they believe in a balance. The culture of Aldi is all about sucking up to the bosses and saying what they want to hear, versus doing the job properly. There is very little support/training from upper management to reach their high standards. I would work for a month straight, no days off, completely exhausted and get absolutely no support from the district manager.
