      Every one respects every one from the staff at the top to the staff just that's just started it is a place of work and enjoyment help is always there I have never been turned away when asking for help. I was a carer before working at this job but after four month I can't imagine not been here

      There's a lot to learn and at a fast pace I would t see t myself as a con but I have to chose something when I first started I found it hard to keep up but now he pace challenges me I love it

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
