Minpunten
Over the past 2–3 years, management has been making a number of difficult decisions that many employees have found hard to understand or rationalise. The recruiting department, which is considered one of the company’s three key pillars, has seen significant instability, having had approximately five different managers in the last four years. The company unfortunately appears to be facing broader challenges. Following a period of very rapid growth in previous years, the leadership team seems to be struggling to effectively manage the current phase of the business. This has also resulted in increasing turnover at senior levels, with even long-tenured directors choosing to leave the organisation. There also appears to be a growing reliance on employees who are working on visas and may have limited alternative employment options, which creates the impression that the company is partly sustained by this dynamic. At an operational level, management seems to have limited control over team behaviour and workplace standards. Situations have occurred where individuals behave in ways that would normally be considered inappropriate for a professional office environment, while others appear to face little accountability for their questionable actions. At times, the overall atmosphere can feel reminiscent of an episode of The Office — unfortunately without the humour.
