ASML is highly collaborative, where knowledge transfer is routine and encouraged. Management is highly structured and accountability is always taken seriously. New office and cafeteria renovations has created a better working atmosphere as well.

People get shuffled to different projects and sometimes limits growth and expertise in an area. Cafeteria food is sub-par. Parking is tight.
