Very good business outlook, this company is almost at an monopoly position Highly interesting technology Top end technology being developed and made possible Good compensation and benefits Very flexible in work times and location

It is a lot of work, so making overtime must be OK for you to work here ASML has a very chaotic way of working There is chronic understaffing. Decisions not to work on something are not taken on a business case, but on a people availability Vision and strategy chaotic
