The biggest problem is their mid-level management. They have created their ears in form of SMs and POs. The managers only believe what their so-called ears make them believe. This is a place you're never gonna like because management here never shows faith in their employee. Management always pushes people in some kind of race and mistakes are not forgiven. People try avoid getting blamed rather than accepting mistakes. At some point of time, one realizes that "learning by mistake" is not the way to survive here rather than "avoiding the mistake". The very first thing which never lets one love the organization is their miser attitude. They show off their sales records and high profit every year but when it comes to giving facilities to employees they don't want to spend on things which will make employee task easier & faster. In short, taking care of employee is nowhere in their minds. The only care comes when it might affect the productivity of an employee. I have not seen any company of such a scale which even can't afford paying for the quarterly or annual dinner of the teams. My advice would be avoid joining there if you are looking for a place where you can grow with peace of mind. Surely join if you want to jump in the race of blames and overshadowing others.

Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
