This exodus was further intensified by the resignation of a long-standing HMI team member earlier this year—an individual regarded as a vital pillar of the team. These losses have triggered a wave of resignations within a short period, causing widespread uncertainty and instability across the company. With the absence of this crucial team member, the workplace now suffers from a lack of direction, dwindling morale, and an absence of clear guidance and support across departments.
