Beer is made using substandard ingredients sourced from the cheapest farmers they can take advantage of by refusing to pay them 6+ months after receiving what they ordered. Employees are not listened to unless you kiss some Brazilian's rear end. The whole work environment is toxic, avoid at all costs.
