The middle line of management in my team are supportive and helpful.

Minpunten

The recruitment strategy was absolutely poor. Rather than hiring the employee for their skill-set or interests, they have shoehorned the individual into a role for which they have little flair. When asked about it, they claim that is the deliberate policy of the GCC organization to put the employee in a high pressure situation, to see whether they sink or swim. This plays with the mental health of the employee.
