- overall employees are diverse, young and open minded - meritocracy can work for some. you want a salary increase then you have to work for it
Minpunten
- although overall diverse, teams are really not diverse and there's a lot of separation - salaries are not indexed by law and company decides not to match indexation - New hired with no experience are brought it to work on the same level as senior employees and new ones are paid more - they have full time work from office policy without valid reasons why - little opportunities and overly complicated system for moving locations despite size of the organisation
