Discrimination: this problem is serious, I have heard a few conversations against foreigners, E.g. working with foreigners feels weird and talking in English lowers efficiency. During business meetings, English is not used despite working with international teams. When I reported this issue, I was advised to consult my psychologist if I feel bad, instead of solving the issue. Poor team management: managers are not interested in learning actual trends and challenges so the objectives set do not make sense. Team size is growing too fast and doesn't match the customer demand, as a result, new hires were displaced.

I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
