Pluspunten

For the most part, front-line managers were very interesting in doing their jobs - i.e. making sure their employees were shielded from upper management nonsense, getting education and training, and maintaining a good balance between work and personal/family life.

Minpunten

Lack of focus with too many years of different divisions trying to accomplish the same tasks and diluting back-end R&D resources. They may have come up with a good framework for contact center, but it's too late. Because of the lack of focus, they lost crucial market share to competitors and won't get it back anytime soon.

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Minpunten

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
