Excellent fundamentals, great products. The production and safety standards are top notch. Top management is trying to keep stronger contacts with top management of customers

Minpunten

lost its customer focus to an extent at the mid management level. Too short term focus. Losing its best of ground employees at much faster rate than expected

It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
