Solid, successfull, good salaries, intelligent people around. BASF SA contributes a lot for professional development. Things work well and processes are perfectly german established.

Minpunten

HIerachical environment, people cannot say waht they really think - not even the Geramns very known for the critical attitude. Brazilians make the perfect German process a mess, but still better than the average in Brazil. Oldfashion Leaders, strange decisions about people.
