Potential for high pay and work life balance, but at the cost of the employee and the community.

Minpunten

Good old boy system, skirts regulatory compliance, concerned with meeting bare minimum PSM compliance. Bad all the way around - just like BO before the accidents.

It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
