Great benefits. Globally recognized company. Relocation oppertunities.

Minpunten

Enormous gap between management and operators. Great consideration for office employees, very little for floor employees. Exposure to dangerous fumes, dust, and chemicals in operating areas.

It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
