Thank you for your response. Indeed, we take great care of our employees. Similar to many large organizations, we have processes and procedures one has to go through and we are constantly working on optimizing them. If you have any suggestions on how to improve a process, please share it with your manager! We are always looking for innovation and improvement!

It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
