Thank you very much for your feedback, even if it surprised us a bit in some places, but also made us sad.
First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced regarding various administrative issues. Mistakes do happen, but should of course be avoided! Therefore, we are very affected by your story, but would also like to assure you that this is not a regularity with us at the Hub!
Sadly, you haven't had a good experience with your manager. Our managers are prepared for their position in the best possible way – through regular trainings, but also through our internal talent journey. Here you can decide in advance for yourself whether you are interested in this development step or not. In addition, we distinguish between professional leadership and people management, so that managers can concentrate on their important topics.
Feedback is an important part of our corporate culture. That is why we promote a continuous exchange between employees and their managers, in which the cooperation and the own well-being can be reflected on together on a regular basis. We are sorry that you probably could not benefit from these conversations.
