Minpunten

Unneeded bureaucracy. Unnecessary management layers, slow to adjust to market changes. Low sales salaries compared to industry standards.

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Minpunten

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
