A paycheck and a nice office. Some nice employees. Most of the employees can sympathize with the newer employees not understanding what they got themselves into.

Minpunten

Long hours, leadership turnover, no job security with constant rolling layoffs, management getting all of the bonuses.

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Minpunten

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
