Laid back atmosphere. Just clock in and out. at the end of the year, The management played with number and we achieve the target somehow.

Minpunten

Horrible management.. very top down. No experience in the local market. Work and make decision in their own ivory tower.

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Minpunten

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
