Pluspunten

Great company, great culture, and great people. Solid product offering. Benefits are good. Work from home. Very competitive salary.

Minpunten

There have been several rounds of layoffs in the past and with the BD acquisition, there have been more and it appears even more to come. Lots of travel associated with most field based positions. Work life balance not so great. Hard to disconnect and enjoy time off.

Suiting up because of PPE requirements take time away from breaks.

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Minpunten

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
