Unfortunately, there is no actual room for growth, more pay, or creativity They keep the status quo and every team needs to do what SR leadership says or risk losing funding High turnover because Directors/SR leadership never allow for Specialists to reach above them. No clear path to manager/sr. manager/director etc. Barely any diversity on these teams People first mission does not apply to their employees unfortunately
