Pluspunten
Most of the people are nice and the on-site amenities are great, including a gym, subsidized cafeteria, dry-cleaning and post office.
Minpunten
There are really too many to list. The Executive team is in a world of their own and you rarely see the CEO mingling with the minions, unless he is getting a coffee and then scurrying back to his office. I am not sure what is up with HR but they are the most incompetent group of so-called "professionals" I have ever encountered. I even had to book my own exit interview and insist that it get done. There is such low-morale there and people work like dogs and rarely get compensated for it or thanked. The amount of restructuring is staggering, so people are always on edge as to whether their role will be the next to be eliminated. The working conditions are not great, the cubicles are old and it's very crowded and the bathrooms are vile. There was often a line-up for the men's washroom.
