Minpunten

No career paths. It is a meritocracy, but it is also a relationship based company. If you don't know someone, not sure where merit fits in.

Travel to different store locations. On travel that requires a hotel meals are covered up to $80 a day. Mileage is reimbursed outside of 20miles from home and back.

Minpunten

You're required to have a car and it puts alot of strain on it and your body. You could be gone from home anywhere from a few days to a few months. Changes are very last minute.
