Pluspunten

Bitpanda does a few things extremely well, such as giving a lot of "perks" (barman style coffee at the office, free drinks, flexibility on punching in and out) and reacting in an agile manner to market changes. This ensures that the company will stay mostly profitable, and that work is not pointless. If one likes to work and learn, this is a good place to attain knowledge and hone skills. ... Bitpanda offers competitive salaries only to high posotions, and hardly ever to any operative figure. Theie turnover rate is between 6 to 18 months across most departments, and leadership changes occur as often as the wind blows. This translates to a climate of recurrent change, where yesterday's work is made redundant tomkrrow, the values of the company are tossed around as empty words, and you may fall off the graces of the new vizir thus losing any career progress achieved over the past years. To exemplify with a personal anecdote (which has been relived across my team mamy times over), after a majour and painful restructuring and adapting to mew leadership, whose goals we achieved and surpassed, new leadership was established that proceeded to restructure once more the team and demote people or promote them, based on no evidence or politics. Their subsequent strategy was a failure.

We're happy to see you highlight some of the things we're proud of like our work-life balance, agility and dynamic nature and a place for all Panda's to learn and grow. Every coin has two sides, with agile and dynamic nature comes growth pains and learnings for all of our Pandas. Facing some of the challenges many companies in our domain have faced like a crypto winter, economic recession have shaped how we needed to operate and shift our slightly direction for 2022-2023. We're happy that we're back on track in 2024 with 3 main priorities for our Pandas; learning, growth and work-life balance.
