In the Avionics division Selction process highly biased . Avinics leaders/Hiring Managers will not take if he/She realises the candidate is having outstanding achievement. ( like patent / Publication in the same field). This is due to the fact that those leaders luckily got entry in the early phase at the Organisation ( Applicable only for Avionics team in Bangalore India)and now they are scared , if some one higly talented people joins in the Organisation then they could be a big threat in futue for them
