Booz Allen Hamilton has a very team orientated work place with emphasis on independent decision making. It facilitates communication of new ideas and assists toward working on a common goal but also makes sure the best ideas rise to the top. Many of my peers are exceptionally motivated people toward their respective goals and demonstrate excellent professionalism in relation to their client and the company. Minpunten

On occasion there is a disconnect between the technical professionals and the managements. Usually these simply require a deconfliction, but can be stumble blocks toward and overall goal or mission requirement.
