Very smart and highly qualified professionals. We try to hire the best of the best that are at the top of their game in the industry. Great projects to work on and clients that really respect the work we are doing. Love that we are making a difference in the government and that our work matters. Great benefits and eligibility requirements. Best in class profit sharing plan (10% contribution per year...WOW). Training and development really seem to focus on the key areas that can help one become the best consultant they can be.

Minpunten

It's consulting...can be very demanding. The travel is never the issue, just hope that you have a good client.
