Pluspunten

Stability--they don't fire anyone, no matter how incompetent; looks good on resumes because the company is good at making itself look good; pretty easy work to get, in spite of BAH's reputation for being selective; there are *some* smart, interesting people here (<5%); lots of team happy hour events etc. if that's your thing; very good about flextime, maternity leave, accommodating unexpected emergencies (at least, in my group--I have heard other groups were just the opposite)

Minpunten

Compensation lower than average; company will lowball on offers to unassertive people; company culture on gov side hypocritical and artificial; company's bread and butter is as beltway bandit, in spite of its delusion that it is not

Minpunten

The company culture and employee experience have changed significantly in recent years. Earlier years felt more mission-focused and employee-centered, while recent organizational shifts, government spending pressures, and increased emphasis on becoming a technology-focused company have created uncertainty for some employees. Frequent changes in priorities, restructuring, and business decisions can make job stability feel less predictable. Employees may sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, and concerns raised through HR or management channels do not always appear to result in meaningful action or transparency.
