Free food so that more blood can be sucked out of you. Policies can go for a toss if someone likes you. "Get everything in written before joining, there is no standard policy available."

Minpunten

Work life balance is myth. Pathetic Management , no one listens to you/replies to mail. Phone and whatsapp becomes mode of communication. Called weekends and asked to work when waiting for train. Made professionally useless so that you can't switch again. Politics at it's best, Old employees treat new joiners in a pathetic way.
