Pluspunten

Bosch allows you and trusts you to make your own decisions and supports your decisions. We have a lot of freedom--nobody is looking over your shoulder. They have advancement opportunities and reward you for job well done. We work as teams and they encourage a team environment. Benefits are good.

Minpunten

Being a large worldwide company, there is a lot of red tape in working with other Bosch locations in the US and worldwide. Lots of arguing between Bosch plants on who should do what and who should pay for what and also, it is sometimes hard to find who the person is that you need to talk to.
