Minpunten
As with many other big companies, it takes a lot of time to improve or re-engineer processes because of the many approval layers and pre-existing procedures. Also, in my experience projects were often delayed because of poor inter-departmental alignment and communication. Most importantly, what I suffered the most is the lack of performance metrics - with the exception of sales. In fact, management was always too focused on revenues, and other important matters, such as the development and coaching of employees were left behind. For instance, I had one-to-one meetings with my manager only twice or trice a year... Or we did not have any KPI or performance metrics in the department I worked in.
