Too many full time permanent employees, if CIBC fires even 50% of the full time roles at their head office, the bank would still run fine, almost 2 out 5 employees have a second job or a side business, this is treated like a government Job, easy and free money, half of the staff doesn't want to work and they know the bank cannot fire them easily. So people taking maximum benefit of a great bank. They should be ashamed of themselves for not doing their jobs they are supposed to.
