      Pluspunten

      The people within the labs are great. We are doing such a critical, essential, keep the world turning kind of job.

      Minpunten

      Very few incentives. Appreciate its a charity but the scientists are essential and no pay rise is the same as a pay cut when inflation is 4%. no bonuses, no Christmas parties, no team building days. Just work.

      No pros to speak of

      Minpunten

      - Everything is run by favoritism and petty politics - No one outside of upper management ever wants to be there - Management constantly taunts you with being fired or if your a temp of being hired just to make you work harder - Gossip, foul language, and petty squabbles run rampant - Toxic environment that promotes unhealthy competition - Only the top 2 or 3 processors have any opportunity and will not help you in fear of losing there positions and bonuses If your still reading this - do yourself a favor and work elsewhere
