I have found a hand full of people that are great to work with and are passionate about innovation and growth. I also think it was super cool that Jane made an announcement to support woman that were losing healthcare access in their states and she stood with them in letter them know that she would support travel if they needed to take that action.
Minpunten
People sit in the same role for decades and resist any change. Senior leadership consistently "bullies" teams into doing what they want by escalating. They are about 10-15 years behind other big banks when it comes to process and technology. They have scared themselves into so much red tape that most of what they do is wasted work or it takes ages to get simple task completed. There is no career mobility for remote workers and it traps people into working for the same department under the same rigid processes for decades. I have submitted so much feedback to this company and they don't care. I would not recommend anybody to work here and I feel terrible recruiting people to work here before I found out what it was really like.
