- Recently a lot of changes across management, but poised to be a good product company as the client portfolio is superb - Strong financials as recurring license model is pursued, but since the change is happening a little too abruptly so a lot "Restructuring" has recently concluded - Opportunities given are sometimes biased but are purely on project needs, sometimes you feel left out - Should pay according to industry standards as the firms outside are ready to pay more for the skill! - A strong cultural should be drilled down to the lowest rung of employees - HR should have more teeth and should have a better say in decisions - Power seems a little centralized which should be distributed to allow easier access to opportunities across the board - Need 2 good quarters to turn everything upwards, should be coming soon
