Safety in our stores is a priority and we continue to invest in our Safer Colleagues Safer Communities work. This includes encouraging colleagues to report any incidents or concerns straight away so we can respond quickly, as well as providing practical tools like body worn cameras, upgraded in store technology and clearer processes to help people feel more confident day to day. Your feedback on training is also helpful. We know colleagues feel more supported when training is consistent and easy to follow, and we are continuing to build this into how we welcome and develop new starters across stores.
