Minpunten
Local leadership entranched in old style practices. Low engagement in teams, due to poor quality of leadership and no career nor talent management. Lack of consistency between messages at the top and practices locally, inexistant Corporate culture, systems and processes makes every country a different reality, left to the local management (good or bad). Little openess to change from management, and no counterpowers (finance and HR are still considered admin functions). Group acting as a bureaucratic control point.
