Flexible. Many games to work on. Passionate devs. Good supportive company and teams when you're lucky with the right project.

Minpunten

Limited ability to develop as a concept artist. Overblown upper management. Disregard for the importance of concept art. Glacier - like speed for any decisions to be made by upper leadership. Chronic underresourcing.

Great people, well organised, good onboarding.

They use some antiquated communication software (e.g. not using Slack or equivalent, instead relying on MS Teams for chat).
