It’s complete luck if you do well or not based on the accounts. “Top performers” get lucky and will close a large deal because they happened to get a great account that happens to be evaluating within the time frame of the account. Only 1-2 reps on each team will hit quota. Extremely high turnover and they’ll pip you very fast. There are new reps starting every single week because of the churn and burn. If you think you can get lucky with your accounts, come join! They also make you have early meetings Monday and Friday, along with staying til 5:30 everyday.
